Mandatory Business Training Ltd is a Health & Safety Training and Consultancy business operating in the UK. We have a presence in the East Anglia region and expanding nationwide. Our Vision Our vision is to build a safety culture through training, education, and policy development. We aim to recognise workplaces that value health, well-being, and responsibility. Our mission: We Prepare, Prevent, and Protect against accidents through education and training. We help people deal with life’s emergencies and improve workplace safety and home safety.

Currently, we are launching our project on patient safety in dementia care and welcome collaborators with interest in dementia.

SME with five plus employees who have identified a low to the high-risk workplace environment, which is risk managed for the safety of everyone.

Why did you choose this business?
I had suffered an accident at work while helping a colleague to transfer a bariatric chair into a showroom. I had previously complained about the unsuitability of moving equipment they had provided, the 30-degree inclined ramp leading up to a very narrow entrance, but all my attempts to ask for permission to carry out these changes fell on deaf ears. I was off work for over 18 months dealing with a back injury. So I decided to become a health and safety trainer to create awareness amongst company owners of the importance of looking after your staff’s wellbeing.

Receiving referrals does not happen overnight; one needs to be visible to decision-makers who work in your target market.
