Describe your business services? At Kenneth Bush we deal with a wide range of legal matters, working within Private Client, we specialise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate applications, administration of Estates, and Court of Protection. I work as Legal Assistant and Paralegal Apprentice.
Who is your target client? Anyone living in the local area who would like assistance with any of the following: dealing with their loved ones Estates after they have died, w later life planning, or prepare a Will to ensure their Estate is dealt with in accordance with their wishes.
What is the benefit of using your service?
- Estate: To advice our clients how best to navigate dealing with the Estate of a loved one. When requested, we can deal with part of, or the entirety of the administration of an Estate on behalf of the family to reduce any stress or worry.
- Wills: To ensure your Estate is dealt with in accordance with your wishes, guardians are appointed to look after minor children and have appointed the appropriate people to deal with the Estate.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney: To ensure you have appointed people that you trust to help with with either your Property and Financial affairs and/or Health and Welfare in the unfortunate event that you are unable to do this yourself i.e. you were to lose mental capacity in the future.
